If you are contacted, you will be given a date to pick up the number of NUCs your requested. Each 5-frame NUC box comes with a new Queen + 2 stripes of Apivar. We will be in contact with you to give pleny of notice on the pickup dates and times.

Evening Pickup, No Exceptions

You will be contacted via email and by phone for your pickup. You must provide your phone number you have 24-hour access to (no work numbers) so we can reach you quickly at any time when you check out with your pre-order. (If you will be on vacation you will not receive your NUC so please keep these dates free on your calendar to avoid a scheduling conflict.) 

 

Waitlist customers owe $230 per NUC at pickup and can be paid via cash or check.

If there are any issues with your NUC you must contact with us within 3 days so we can remedy your situation. After 3 days we are not responsible for any issues you may be experiencing.
